UniTech Solve the Problem Solving Planning for British Transport Police

After a period of in-depth analysis and discussion UniTech have secured a new project to design, build and deploy an electronic ‘Problem Solving Planning Management System’ for the British Transport Police.


The new system will replace paper based forms (no search capability), emailed documents (No centralisation) and no more folders on a shared drive (who knows which is current?). The new system will also integrate a statistics and analysis reporting for targets, KPI’s and performance measures. The FAST Search engine is being integrated to allow ‘fuzzy’ searching services so that the Problem Solving Plans can be found by context and content as well as through core fields.
